How AI is used
Omniaa can generate summaries, drafts, suggestions, retrieval results, meeting preparation, and phone-assistant responses from permitted workspace context. It is designed to ground responses in approved company information and evidence where available, and to state uncertainty instead of inventing a company fact.
Voice and recording controls
Each workspace can configure voice AI disclosure, call direction, jurisdiction, recording mode, business hours, escalation destination, retention, and authority. The voice system records the policy and consent state used for a call. Recording is disabled unless a workspace enables a permitted configuration.
If asked directly, Omniaa’s voice assistant should answer truthfully that it is an AI assistant. Calls requiring a person, confidential handling, or unavailable authority should escalate or collect a callback rather than fabricate a result.
Human control
AI output does not automatically become approved Business DNA or a company rule. External actions follow approval and policy controls. Workspace owners remain responsible for reviewing material decisions and configuring lawful disclosures for their jurisdiction and use case.
