SMS communication policy

Version 2026-08-24-draftDraft — founder and legal review required

Governed business messaging

Omniaa’s SMS capability is intended for relationship-based, governed communications—not mass unsolicited messaging. Messages are tied to an authorized workspace number, exact draft/version or permitted policy, recipient, suppression check, provider result, and audit record.

Consent, STOP, and HELP

Workspace owners are responsible for obtaining and preserving the required consent for their communications and carrier registrations. Omniaa stores tenant-specific suppression and consent state. STOP/opt-out requests are enforced at the execution boundary so a governed outbound attempt is blocked after suppression.

HELP and sender-identification behavior depends on the configured provider, number, registration, and workspace policy. Omniaa does not represent a carrier-registration state as ready until the provider confirms it.

No guarantee of delivery

A message is not reported as sent or delivered until the provider returns the corresponding status. Provider outages, filtering, registration requirements, and recipient networks can affect delivery.

Omniaa is a product of Legend Ventures L.L.C.

Omniaa’s final public legal identity and contact details are pending founder and attorney confirmation.
