Omniaa provides a workspace for company operations, evidence-grounded assistance, CRM, internal preparation, governed communication, scheduling, and optional voice features. Beta features can change, fail, or be withdrawn as the product is improved.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for account security, accurate workspace information, users you invite, and activity conducted through your workspace. Workspace owners must configure approvals, communications, business hours, escalation, and retention appropriately for their company.
Customer content and AI
You retain rights in your content. You give Omniaa the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and provide the service. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before material reliance or external action.
Omniaa is not legal, medical, financial, tax, regulatory, engineering, zoning, permit, or professional advice. It does not guarantee accuracy, availability, outcomes, appointments, pricing, permits, or third-party provider performance.
Communications and lawful use
You are responsible for lawful communications, consent, sender identity, recording notices, SMS opt-in/opt-out, carrier registration, business rules, and all instructions you authorize. Omniaa enforces configured approval, suppression, and consent controls, but product controls do not replace your legal obligations.
Do not use Omniaa for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, emergency, or unauthorized communications; to evade provider controls; or to access another company’s data.
Third parties and suspension
Optional providers such as Google, Microsoft, SignalWire, ElevenLabs, and AI providers are subject to their own terms and availability. Omniaa may suspend or restrict access to protect users, providers, the service, or others when misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements apply.
Commercial and dispute terms
Billing, subscriptions, service levels, intellectual-property clauses, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution require founder and attorney confirmation before paid public availability. No final position is stated in this draft.
SMS Terms
Omniaa (a product of Legend Ventures L.L.C.) sends governed SMS messages, such as appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and account notifications, only to numbers a workspace has obtained consent for. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
