How to read this list
This list reflects integrations implemented in the current Omniaa product. A provider processes data only when its relevant platform feature or customer connection is enabled. Stripe billing is not currently enabled and is therefore not listed as an active subprocessor.
Active infrastructure and optional feature providers
Supabase — authentication, tenant-scoped database and storage; account, workspace, CRM, content, and audit data. Vercel — web application delivery. Railway — persistent voice-gateway hosting when voice is enabled.
OpenAI — AI reasoning, retrieval, summaries, and generation when an enabled AI feature uses the configured provider. ElevenLabs — voice synthesis/conversation processing when voice is enabled. SignalWire — business phone numbers, call/SMS transport, and provider status when enabled.
Google Gmail/Calendar and Microsoft Outlook/Calendar — connected-account mail and calendar data only after a workspace administrator authorizes the relevant connection and scope.
